Chicken filets in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-6 Chicken fillets (approx. 125 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper, salt
  • 1/2 potty Sage
  • 8 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON dried Italian herbs
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 100 g medieval Gouda
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Season fillets with pepper and a little salt. Wash and pluck the sage. Put half on the fillet. Wrap with bacon, pin it

    Peel onions and garlic. Chop the onions roughly. Chop garlic finely

    Heat the oil. Fry the meat in it for 10-12 minutes, remove. Sauté onions and garlic in frying fat. Add tomatoes and Italian herbs, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and stock

    Put everything into a fireproof mould. Grate the cheese, sprinkle it on top. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with the rest of sage. Goes well with rice

    Drink: cool white wine
