  • 200 g polished peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. red, green or yellow)
  • 1 peeled clove of garlic
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 125 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g Chicken filet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 50 g Baguette-Brot
