Place the chicken wings on the baking tray of the oven and heat in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, peel and coarsely grate the radish.
Mix the onion mixture into the grated radish. Wash and drain the lettuce leaves. Mix sour cream and salad cream. Season with salt and pepper. Wash basil, chop finely and stir into the dip.
Arrange chicken wings with lettuce leaves and radish salad in portions. Garnish with basil and tomato. Add dip extra.
