Ingredients

  • 50 g Frozen Soup Green
  • 1 onion, 4 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves, salt, pepper
  • 1 (approx. 300 g; with bone and skin) Chicken breast
  • 1 carrot, 1 stick of leek
  • 3-4 Stem(s) fresh marjoram (instead of 1/2 bunch of parsley)
  • 50 g fried peas (ready to buy)

Directions

    Boil 1 l water with soup vegetables, onion and spice ingredients. Wash the meat and simmer for about 30 minutes

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Cut carrot into sticks, leek into rings. Take out meat. Sieve broth, bring to the boil. Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes. Season to taste

    Remove flesh from skin and bones, cut into small pieces. Heat in the broth. Wash herbs, pluck. Add to the broth with fried peas
