Preheat oven: electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3. Line a baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm) with baking paper, push in immediately. Beat eggs and 2 tbsp. sugar for 4-5 minutes until fluffy
Add the milk while continuing to beat. Stir in flour and water by the spoonful. Drain cherries well. Remove the baking tray and grease the baking paper immediately. Pour dough on it
Spread the cherries evenly on the dough. Bake in a hot oven for about 12 minutes. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat. Form 4 balls or cubes from the ice cream, freeze again
Sprinkle the pancakes with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Roll up with the help of the baking paper and cut into slices. Serve with ice. Sprinkle with almonds and icing sugar
