Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Cherries
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 150 g Cream-Yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and peel of 1 untreated orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp whipped cream and cherries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Paper sleeves

    Drain the cherries. Flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large

    Mixing bowl. Whisk eggs, oil, yoghurt, orange peel and 50 ml juice and stir with a spoon just under the flour until everything is just mixed (the dough should not be smooth). Fold in the cherries. Grease a muffin tin (12 wells) and dust with flour. Fill in the dough. Bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with cream and cherries. Serve possibly in paper sleeves
