Ingredients

  • 150 ml cherry nectar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cherry Liqueur
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Protein
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly cherries

Directions

    Place the cherry nectar, liqueur, sugar and egg white in a mixing bowl and whisk with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes until frothy. Fill foam into 4 dessert glasses, decorate with cherries if desired
