  • 1.7 kg Sour cherries
  • 50 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 500 g "Super Gelly Sugar"
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Spanish brandy

Directions

    Wash, stalk and stone the cherries. Weigh 1500 g of fruit. Mix fruit, almonds and jam sugar in a large pot. Bring everything to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly, and boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. In between possibly skim off. Add brandy. Immediately fill jam into prepared twist-off jars, close and let cool upside down
