Grease the hollows of a muffin tray (for 12 pieces) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat eggs, sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar and salt for about 8 minutes until fluffy. Stir in quark, cream cheese and pudding powder. fold in chocolate drops, up to 1 tbsp
Pour the quark mixture into the muffin tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 45 minutes. Let it cool down in the tray
Whip the cream until stiff, while pouring in 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar. Decorate each muffin with a dollop of cream and the remaining chocolate drops. Dust with cocoa
