Ingredients

  • 400 g dried dates (approx. 25 g each)
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 8 discs (approx. 60 g) Bacon
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g Tétè de Moine (1 small piece: 850 g)
  • 200 g Brie de Meaux (raw milk cheese)
  • 200 g Talleggio cheese
  • 200 g Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g Goat cheese in ash (small balls and in pieces)

Directions

    Carve dates, remove stones. Fill with gorgonzola. Cut the bacon slices in half, wrap them around the dates and fry them all around in hot oil until crispy. Peel the Tétè de Moine into florets.

    Arrange the remaining cheeses in the piece.
