Peel the onions and slice them into fine rings. Cut sausage into small sticks. Wash chives, cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar with 100 ml water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil into it.
Mix with sausage, onions and chives. Read out wash lamb's lettuce. Slice Tilsiter into thin slices. Cut soft cheese into small pieces. Fold in carefully. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes, season to taste again and serve
