Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix vinegar, orange juice, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Add onion. Wash lamb's lettuce thoroughly and drain. Coarsely chop the almonds and roast them in a pan without fat.
Wash the figs, dab dry and cut into slices. Wash pears, rub dry and cut into slices. Finely slice cheese. Arrange salad, figs, pears and cheese together. Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with almonds.
