Place 1 pineapple slice on 1 large piece of aluminium foil. Cover with ham and cheese. Close the aluminium foil and grill on the preheated electric grill for approx. 12 minutes
Open aluminium foil. Arrange the cheese and pineapple on plates. Garnish with cocktail cherries, orange wedges, salad and parsley if desired. Serve with Cumberland sauce and fresh white bread
