Charidhes me féta (scampi gratinated with feta cheese)

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 kg raw king prawns (without head, with shell; fresh or frozen)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 4-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Feta cheese

Directions

    TK-##Shrimp## defrost. ##Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

    Heat the oil. Sauté onion and garlic until transparent. Stir in tomatoes, juice and parsley. Crush the tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Shrimps, up to the tips of their tails from the shell. Make a longitudinal incision in the back and remove the dark intestine. Wash the shrimps, dab dry and cook them on 6 ovenproof deep plates.

    Pour tomato sauce over it. Dice the cheese and sprinkle over it.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/ gas: level 2) for 10-15 minutes.
