Clean and wash the chard and cut into fine strips. Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Mix flour and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in chard and carrots.
Heat the oil in portions in a frying pan. Fry about 16 Rösti on each side for 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Serve with dip.
