Chard and carrot rösti with cream cheese and tomato dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 1⁄4 Federation Chives
  • 150 g Herb cream cheese
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 Stem(s) Swiss chard, 300 g carrots
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Flour, 2 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    wash omate, quarter, core and finely dice. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely or cut into small rolls. Stir cream cheese with yoghurt until smooth. Stir in tomato and herbs. Season dip with salt and pepper if necessary.

    Clean and wash the chard and cut into fine strips. Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Mix flour and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in chard and carrots.

    Heat the oil in portions in a frying pan. Fry about 16 Rösti on each side for 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Serve with dip.
