Celery fried with onions and ham

  • 1 Onion
  • 800 g Celeriac
  • 3 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 5-6 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 50 g Ham nuggets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel, wash and thinly slice the celery. Cut the slices smaller

    Heat clarified butter in 2 coated frying pans. Spread the celery on both pans and fry for 8-10 minutes, turning

    Meanwhile wash the marjoram, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. After about 6 minutes add half onion, half ham cubes and half marjoram. Season with salt and pepper
