Ingredients

  • 600 g Celeriac
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 25 g Truffle butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel, wash and thinly slice the celery. Wash some celery green and shake dry. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Mix crème fraîche and cream. Season well with salt and pepper. Put potatoes and celery fan-shaped in a greased gratin dish. Spread the icing evenly over it, place butter in flakes on top

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. Cut celery green into strips. Garnish gratin with celery green
