Cauliflower salad with curry dressing

Ingredients

  • 30 g Conchiglie Rigate Pasta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 (30 g) red onion
  • 40 g Salad dressing with low-fat yoghurt (4.9% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the cauliflower and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel onion and cut into thin slices. Season salad dressing with curry.

    Pour the pasta and cauliflower on a sieve. Mix pasta, cauliflower and salad dressing. Arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle with pink berries. Garnish with parsley.
