Ingredients

  • 200 g Carrots
  • 50 g Comté cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 4-5 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, peel and grate the carrots. Grate cheese. Lightly roast sunflower seeds in a pan without fat while turning. Wash lemon, grate dry and grate peel. Use remaining lemon for other purposes.

    Mix carrots, cheese, seeds and lemon peel with oil. Serve topping with soup.
