Ingredients

  • 600 g green beans
  • 5 Stem(s) Savory
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 25 g Butter
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 20 g demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Clean the beans, wash them and cut them into diagonal pieces. Wash the savory and tie up with kitchen string. Put beans in boiling salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Pour into a sieve and drain well. Remove savory

    In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Peel garlic and chop finely. Melt butter in a large pan. Add breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown while turning. Shortly before the end add onion and garlic

    Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise slightly while turning. Add beans, mix in, season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates
