Caramel sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 300
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 90 g soft butter
  • 125 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Caramelise the sugar in a wide pot until golden brown. Stir in butter with a whisk. As soon as the butter has melted, remove the pot from the heat, then slowly add cream. Let the caramel sauce cool down

    The sauce keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator
