Ingredients

  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 750 g leaf spinach
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 package (500 g) happened
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomatoes
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 400 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp meat
  • 50 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 16 Cannelloni (about 160 g;
  • 7-10 Tbsp thick noodle tubes
  • 7-10 Tbsp to fill)
  • 40-50 g grated
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Finely dice both. Clean, sort and wash the spinach. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry 1/3 onion and 1/3 garlic. Add dripping wet spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt and pepper

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry 1/3 onion in it. Add tomatoes, cream and oregano and simmer for about 5 minutes

    Knead the minced meat, the rest of the onions and garlic, curd cheese, breadcrumbs and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Press the chopped mass into the cannelloni

    Put the spinach in a greased casserole dish. Place the cannelloni close together. Add tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 45-50 minutes
