Ingredients

  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON dark balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 large hamburger buns with sesame
  • 8-10 leaves Mini Romaine lettuce

Directions

    Slice about half of the cheese into shavings, grate the rest finely. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar and grated cheese thoroughly, season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for about 10 minutes while turning it, season with salt and pepper and remove. Cut open the bread roll. Toast the halves of the rolls in portions on the toaster's roll rack or in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) until crispy, take them down or out.

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Cut large leaves smaller

    Cut the meat into diagonal slices. Spread the lower halves of the rolls with sauce. Layer salad and meat slices alternately, drizzle some sauce in between and sprinkle with parmesan slices. Cover with the upper roll halves
