Cut mangos from the stone, peel the flesh. Puree about 200 g mango and lemon juice. Cut the remaining mango into cubes and fold in. Chop the pistachios finely. Melt the fat in a small pot and let it cool down.
Mix sugar, buttermilk, eggs and salt. Mix flour, sauce powder and baking powder and stir in. Stir in liquid fat. Heat up waffle iron and grease lightly. Bake 8 waffles one after the other from the dough.
Cut waffles into individual hearts. Arrange waffles with mango puree and sprinkle with pistachios.
