Ingredients

  • 300 g Apricots (tin)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1/4 l Buttermilk
  • 100 g whipped cream

Directions

    Puree the apricots, icing sugar and lemon juice, then fold in buttermilk and whipped cream. Freeze for 5-6 hours, stir frequently. Serve with fruit.
