Buttermilk cold dish with fresh berries

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g seasonal berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants
  • 1 l cold buttermilk
  • 80-100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 125 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Select the berries, wash and drain if necessary. Put buttermilk, sugar, vanillin sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice as well as 300 g berries into a mixer and whip. Whip cream until stiff and fold in carefully.

    Decorate cold dish with remaining berries.
