Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON sliced almonds

Directions

    Melt butter in a pot. Skim off the foam. Season to taste with salt. Brown the almonds in a pan without fat and pour over the sauce

    The sauce can be refined with herbs (tarragon, parsley, sage), garlic, lemon juice or wine
