Knead flour, salt, baking powder, butter, sugar and crème fraîche with a hand mixer until smooth. Cover and chill for approx. 1 hour
With 1 tablespoon, place about 40 heaps on baking trays covered with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 25 minutes. Dust with icing sugar. Cool down. Eat fresh
