Ingredients

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 knife tip ground cinnamon
  • 250 g Macadamia nut kernels
  • baking paper

Directions

    Caramelize sugar and cinnamon. Add nuts and mix briefly with the caramel. Put the caramel nuts on a piece of baking paper, carefully pull them apart with 2 forks and let them cool down. Store finished nuts dry and closed
