Roughly chop the chocolate coating. Heat the butter and 150 g chocolate coating while stirring. Add sugar, vanillin sugar and salt and heat up. Remove from the heat, place in a large mixing bowl, allow to cool, stirring several times
Halve the nuts. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and almonds. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl with a fork. Stir the eggs with a perforated spoon into the cooled butter-chocolate mixture. Add the flour mixture and also stir in thoroughly with the perforated spoon. Put the dough into a greased, floured fat pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm), press it smooth with the floured backs of your hands
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar and cut into pieces
