Burger with minced beef, bacon, avocado and tomato salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 small chili pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 4 Hamburger roll with sesame seeds
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 50 g Mini Roman salad

Directions

    Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Finely dice quarters. Peel and chop 1 onion. Halve the chilli and remove the seeds. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion in it, add diced tomatoes and chilli and fill up with strained tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 6-8 minutes. Let cool off

    Halve the avocado, remove the core and use a spoon to remove the flesh from the skin. Cut the avocado into strips. Peel 1 onion and chop finely. Knead minced meat, mustard and onion, season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the patties for about 6 minutes, turning them over. Cut the rolls in half horizontally and toast. Spread the lower halves with the salsa. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Take out and drain on kitchen paper. Wash and clean the salad and pluck into leaves

    Place the lettuce, patty, bacon and avocado on the lower halves of the rolls. Place the upper halves of the rolls on top. Serve with tomato salsa
