Mix ketchup, whiskey and coke. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Clean, wash and spin dry the lettuce.
Halve the bacon slices. Cut open the bread roll. Roast the roll halves in a pan without fat for about 1 minute on each side, remove. Fry the bacon in a hot pan while turning it until crispy.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Pat the steaks dry. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Fry the steaks on each side for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the lower halves of the rolls with et-was ketchup sauce and cover with salad leaves. Spread 2 steaks, half onions, tomatoes and bacon on each. Add the rest of the sauce and place the top halves of the rolls on top.
French fries taste good with it.
