Brussels sprouts with almond butter and parmesan with pepper steak

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 4 Hoof steaks (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON colourful peppercorns
  • 30 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan slicer

Directions

    Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Lightly roast almonds in a pan without fat, remove. Dab meat dry. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the steaks in it for about 3 minutes on each side. Lightly crush the peppercorns. Season the meat with salt and spread peppercorns on top. Remove and keep warm. Drain the sprouts. Melt butter in a pot, toss sprouts and almonds in it.

    Arrange steaks and Brussels sprouts on plates, sprinkle with parmesan. Potato balls taste good with it.
