Brussels sprouts in parmesan cream

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut the stalk crosswise. Wash the sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for 18-20 minutes.

    Grate parmesan. Drain the Brussels sprouts, then put them back on the stove. Add cream, stir in a good 2/3 parmesan. Season to taste with pepper and nutmeg. Arrange the sprouts and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
