Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1/2 litre Milk

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cut the end of the stem crosswise. Cook in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Then drain and allow to drain.
