Bruschetta with tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ciabatta

Directions

    Cut tomatoes on 4 sides, bring to the boil briefly, peel and cut into small cubes.

    Chop or chop the garlic very finely, mix it with the tomatoes, dice the onions, also mix it in.

    Season with salt and pepper, mix in a tablespoon of oil.

    Sprinkle the ciabatta with oil, bake in the oven until the desired brown, remove.

    Put tomatoes on the ciabatta and garnish with some basil.
