Bruschetta with beef rump steak and shallots

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Hüftsteak (ca. 180 g)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 discs Ciabatta bread (approx. 15 g each)
  • 2–3 Shallots
  • 1/2 bunch Rocket
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

    Dab meat dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Fry the meat in it for 3-4 minutes medium on each side, season with salt and pepper, remove, wrap in foil and let it rest

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the slices of bread in it from both sides until brown, season with a little salt, remove

    Peel the shallots and cut into rings. Clean, wash and drain the rocket. Wrap meat out of foil, cut into slices. Spread breads thinly with butter, cover with slices of meat, shallots rings and rocket and arrange
