Wash the thyme and, except for one thing, pluck it. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel, core and finely dice the apple. Sauté onion briefly in hot fat. Steam apple and thyme for about 5 minutes while stirring until soft. Seasoning, cooling down
Mix liverwurst and cream until creamy. Stir in apple mixture. Season with Calvados. Garnish. Serve with fresh baguette
