Ingredients

  • 125 g Italian tortellini with meaty filling
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 2 can(s) (400 ml each) Clear tomato soup "Consommé"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Then drain. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Clean, wash and chop the rocket. Heat the oil.

    Sauté garlic, tortellini and rocket in it, season with dried herbs. Deglaze with clear tomato soup and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over it
