Ingredients

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Raspberries (frozen)
  • 100 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oatmeal
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey

Directions

    Peel the banana.

    Then put all ingredients into the blender and puree to the desired consistency.
