Bread stars with three cheese creams

Ingredients

  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 small gherkins (glass)
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON crushed pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 8 discs Toast
  • 8 large oblong slices of brown bread
  • 4 TSP cherry jam
  • 8 cooked shrimps and dill for garnishing

Directions

    Roast the almonds without fat and let them cool down. Peel onion and chop very finely. Finely dice 3 cucumbers, cut 1 into slices

    Mix cream cheese and quark. Divide the mixture into thirds. Coarsely chop the almonds and stir with the pistachios under 1/3 cream. Stir onion and cucumber cubes into another 1/3, season to taste. Season the rest of the cream to taste with salt and chilli

    Toast bread golden brown roast. Cut out 8 stars (6-8 cm Ø) from the toast and 16 stars from the brown bread

    Spread the toast stars with almond cream and garnish with jam. Put cucumber cream on 8 stars. Garnish with cucumber slices. Spread chilli cream on the remaining stars. Garnish with shrimps and dill. Serve everything
