Ingredients

  • 700 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 10 g Baking Powder
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 80 g soft butter or margarine
  • 200 ml Milk

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs, fat and milk and knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough

    Divide the dough into 11 pieces (about 100 g). Form each piece into a loaf of bread (13-15 cm long). Coat the grill lightly with oil. Grill the bread on the hot grill for 12-15 minutes while turning
