Peel the garlic and possibly halve it. Wash lemons and limes thoroughly and rub dry. Peel 1 lemon and 1 lime thinly and cut into slices. Squeeze the remaining fruit. Rinse chicken drumsticks cold and dab dry. Rub with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry all around in hot oil. Add garlic, lemon and lime slices and fry briefly. Add chicken stock, lemon and lime juice and braise for 35-45 minutes. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stalks. Add the tomatoes and thyme about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Delicious with baguette
