Peel, halve, core and cut the braised cucumbers into pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Peel and slice carrots. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry the minced meat in it while stirring.
Season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry cucumbers, carrots and onions in it. Add stock and bring to the boil. Add minced meat and cook for 10 minutes. Wash dill and chop finely. Fold sour cream into the gherkins.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle dill over it. Serve garnished with dill flowers.
