Cook the pasta in 2-3 l boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop finely. Clean, wash and drain the spinach.
Roast the nuts in a pan, take them out and chop them. Heat the oil in the pan. Press the sausage meat into the dumplings and fry them all around for 4-5 minutes. Add chilli and spinach, let them fall together.
Drain the noodles, collecting 5-6 tablespoons of cooking water and mixing with Ajvar. Mix with noodles and sausage and spinach mix, season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with nuts. Serve with parmesan.
