Mix the fruit with 2 tablespoons of sugar and defrost. Peel and slice the lime. Mix yoghurt, remaining sugar and lemon juice. Whip cream and vanillin sugar until stiff.
Carefully stir into the yoghurt. Roast the oat flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown. Arrange fruits and yoghurt cream in a bowl. Drizzle honey over it. Sprinkle with oat flakes. Serve decorated with lime slices and lemon balm leaves.
