Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 medium onion
  • 75 g small or cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) small steak
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2-3 (50 g) Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baguette, aluminium foil

Directions

  1. 1

Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms, wash them if necessary and cut them in half or quarters, depending on size

  2. 2

Dab the steak dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for approx. 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Take out, wrap in foil and let it rest

  3. 3

Fry the mushrooms in the cooking fat for 4-5 minutes. After about 2 minutes add onion. Add tomatoes shortly before the end of the frying time. Season everything with salt and pepper

  4. 4

Wash the parsley and chop it except for one thing. Arrange steak and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish. Add baguette

  5. 5

A lean steak is known as a good source of protein. It also contains carnitine, which plays a central role in fat burning. And with enough exercise it becomes a real fat burner
