Ingredients

  • 750 g Pork goulash
  • 1/2 Vegetable Onion
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 3 dried chillies
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (40 g) Bag "Fix for Chili con Carne"
  • 350 g green beans
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 200 g Chilli Tomato Salsa
  • 4 TABLESPOONS ripened cream
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Dab meat dry and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Fry the meat in hot clarified butter all around. Add the diced onion and chillies and fry. Season with salt.

    Add 1/2 litre water. Stir in Fix for Chilli and bring to the boil. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Clean the beans and break them into pieces of about 3 cm length. Add to meat and cook for another 20 minutes. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into large cubes. Cut Cabanossi into slices. Add both 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook. Stir in salsa.
