Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 150 g Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 l oil for frying

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well. Put flour and breadcrumbs in a deep plate each. Whisk eggs in a plate with salt and pepper

    Heat the oil in a tall pot. Turn the beans successively first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove with a skimmer and let it drip off on kitchen paper
