  • 250 g Allgäu Emmental
  • 400 g Bavarian soft cheese with red smear
  • 125 g Bavarian munster cheese
  • 125 g Bavarian acid curd cheese
  • 125 g Bavarian Romadur
  • 200 g Bavarian white laquer
  • 200 g Bavarian smoked cheese
  • 100 g red onions in rings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caraway, pink pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radish with green
  • 7-10 Tbsp icicle radishes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pretzels

    Roll hand cheese and Romadur in caraway seeds. Sprinkle white lacquer with pink pepper. Arrange the Allgäuer Emmentaler with all other cheeses and side dishes as illustrated.
