- 400 g Bavarian soft cheese with red smear
- 125 g Bavarian munster cheese
- 125 g Bavarian acid curd cheese
- 125 g Bavarian Romadur
- 200 g Bavarian white laquer
- 200 g Bavarian smoked cheese
- 100 g red onions in rings
- 7-10 Tbsp Caraway, pink pepper
- 7-10 Tbsp Radish with green
- 7-10 Tbsp icicle radishes
- 7-10 Tbsp Pretzels

Roll hand cheese and Romadur in caraway seeds. Sprinkle white lacquer with pink pepper. Arrange the Allgäuer Emmentaler with all other cheeses and side dishes as illustrated.
